    questa biografia mi sembrava la più semplice ad ogni modo ricontrollala ....non studio più inglese da 20 anni... :P ciao.

    Martin Luther King was born in the South of America (in Atlanta, Georgia) and he was an american political leader of the American civil rights movement.
    Martin L. King's father was a reverend and his mother was a teacher.
    He was graduated at the Booker T. Washington High School and was admitted to Morehouse College at age 15.
    From Morehouse College he entered Crozer Theological Seminary.
    He received Doctorate of Philosophy in Systematic Theology.
    In 1953 he married Coretta Scott
    Martin L. King organized and led marches for blacks' right to vote, desegregation, labor rights and other basic civil rights.
    During his life Martin L. King speaks many times to crowd to achieve freedom for poor people of all races.
    Sometimes these confrontations turned violent.
    M. L. King was arrested, sentenced and released many times.
    Martin L. King became the youngest person to receive the Nobel Peace Prize for his efforts to end segregation and racial discrimination through civil disobedience and other non-violent means.
    His non-violent means are very similar to another pacifist man, Gandhi.
    Martin Luther King had a great admiration for Gandhi.
    M.L. King's movement became very popular after his most famous speech "I Have a Dream" and appeared on the cover of Time magazine as its Man of the Year.
    Martin L. King was murdered on April 4, 1968, in Memphis, Tennessee.
    After his death his name was given to many streets and places. many poems and works were written about his life.
