Un nuovo studente straniero di scambio, Rory Flanagan (guest star Damian McGinty), si iscrive al McKinley e si scontra con Brittany che pensa che lui sia un folletto. Nel frattempo Mercedes tenta di reclutare nuovi membri per partecipare al nuovo glee club di Shelby Corcoran, e la campagna congressuale di Sue di riscalda.

Sotto la leadership direttoriale di Artie, i ragazzi si preparano ad eseguire il musical scolastico "West Side Story". Nel mentre, Finn incontra un reclutatore e Coach Beiste ha un ammiratore.
Martedì 15 Novembre - "Mash Off"
Sue dà inizio ad una campagna diffamatoria per abbattere il suo più grande concorrente per il posto al Congresso. Nel frattempo, Puck ha una cotta, e Will e Shelby Corcoran incoraggiano alcune competizioni amichevoli.
- Nel quinto episodio della terza stagione "The First Time" Rachel e Kurt perderanno la loro verginità.
- Finn dovrà fare una scelta tra Rachel e Kurt? Sembra che Rachel farà una scelta controversa nel prossimo episodio, che andrà corto Kurt, per il dispiacere di Finn.
- Vedremo perché Mercedes è una diva, un grande numero alla Dreamgirls
- Ci sarà contatto, ma nessun bacio tra Kurt e Blaine in "Asian F"
- Ci sarà una scena molto romantica tra Mike e Tina nel prossimo episodio
- La storyline di Quinn e Puck che si riprendono loro figlia verrà esplorata più avanti questa stagione.
- Santana e Brittany hanno due scene carine/divertenti nel prossimo episodio. Una stronza, e una celebrativa.
- Will canterà "Fix You" e la canzone sarà rivolta ad Emma, conoscerà anche i genitori della donna.
Glee 3x05
A dose of reality/warning/whatever for 3x05 Finchel scenes:
Lots of folks are stoked because of the pics Lea & Cory tweeted and the fact that Lea said they spent an entire day filming and comments/spoilers on TVOnline and from Cory (although Cory didn’t mention a specific date/episode for the thing he spoiler-ed). Being excited is totally natural. But remember—for 2x22 New York, they spent a full week filming all of the local-NYC scenes and, including the opening shots in Times Square, the shots in the hotel, the song-around-town, Matt Morrison singing in the theater, Kurt & Rachel outside Tiffany’s and doing the WIcked stuff, and the date scenes, it was 18.5 minutes of local-NYC stuff that was aired; while they spent about 2.5 days of that time filming the date scenes, those occupied about 6 minutes, at the most, of what was aired. So one full day of filming potentially translates into about 3 minutes of airtime.
That episode is going to have several major Kurt story lines including the return of Dave Karofsky, a Blaine storyline, an Artie as crazy director story, and it is the episode in which West Side Story is actually being staged. Enjoy the Finchel that is shown, but don’t expect it is going to be the focus of the entire episode, unless they spent a heck of a lot more time filming RachelFinn stuff that was mentioned/tweeted/leaked.
And there’s no way of knowing if what airs is going to be there to further a Finchel story, or to be part of Rachel’s personal story with Finn being a part of it because he’s her boyfriend (which is pretty much all we’ve seen of him so far in Season 3), or a few minutes of something that is actually a Finn story, or some combination of all of these. If the show was still following the patterns of S1 & S2 where all of the storylines that were shown were seamlessly integrated, and anything that happened to one of these two characters at one point in an episode impacted their character in the rest of the episode, I’d feel confident in saying that this would have to be a story that did all three—furthered Finchel, furthered Rachel’s story, and furthered Finn’s story. But the writing patterns are totally different this year and things are not connecting within episodes, so there is no saying how they’ll use a Finchel scene, even if it is a major Finchel scene. Heck, it could just be a mini background story to go along with Rachel singing the song “Tonight” with Blaine as they perform West Side Story (I think this is especially likely since Blaine & Kurt have a similar storyline).

Under Artie’s directorial leadership, the kids prepare to perform the school musical “West Side Story.” Meanwhile, Finn meets with a recruiter, and Coach Bieste has an admirer.
3x06:
Sue starts a smear campaign to take down her biggest competitor for the Congressional seat. Meanwhile, Puck has a crush, and Will and Shelby Corcoran encourage some friendly competition.
